On a totally random note, it’s crazy to think that I have only one week left of high school. It doesn’t feel real…

Last week, I put together a backless ensemble. Intricate strappy-back tops have been trending lately, and I have to say, I am a huge fan. I have experimented with interesting back options (scalloped, plunging, see-through, ribbons) in the past, but I especially love this new update with the thin straps and other subtle details. This beautiful top I am wearing has a gorgeous spring floral pattern with ruffle details in the front, but the back is my favorite part: The criss-cross straps and tassels on the ends make this top a TOTAL showstopper. I added a mesh ribbon choker from the Fenty x Puma collection to jazz up the look. A lot of Rihanna’s pieces have become quite ubiquitous within the past year, but I’ve never seen this choker; the subtle puma print on the sheer green material adds a playful flair.

And a throwback to these shoes! I have had these for the past two years and will never get sick of them. If you remember the first post where I showcased these beauties, you might recall my long quest to find these ballerina shoes. The ribbons do tend to fall down easily which is a small inconvenience, but otherwise, they are perfect for a sunny spring afternoon.
