A post from Siena!! Although dubbed  ‘a must-see’ in Tuscany, notable for its charming shops and intricately-carved duomo, Siena was not my favorite city. While I did enjoy its main piazza and the savory peach gelato I had there, I have to say my favorite Tuscan town is Lucca for its quieter side streets, one-off boutiques, and the ever-so-manageable Puccini Museum. Siena, on the other hand, was so crowded when we went — it was especially hard to move around because cars and pedestrians share the same narrow cobblestone streets.

For this look, I pulled out the silver shorts I have been wearing for over a year. I have a hard time giving up such statement pieces, especially when they are so comfy! These shorts are very versatile because they are high-waisted, which allow me to pair them with shorter crop tops or longer tops I can tuck in, like I did here. The top is a bit trite, I know, but you have to appreciate the irony (in French, no less):  “I regret nothing” is crossed out. Haha…But you certainly shouldn’t have to regret your choices in fashion!  Even if they are out of your comfort zone or others make you think twice about them, there is always the next day to compensate for your fashion trespasses. So experiment, branch out, and wear with confidence <3
